You can trust that your order will be quickly processed! We usually ship in 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
We are closed each year on these U.S. holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving (last Thursday & Friday in November), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Orders that choose free shipping, offered on most products for delivery to continental U.S. destinations, will normally be shipped by USPS First Class mail.
For expedited delivery, we can ship products anywhere in the U.S. using the shipping method of your choice. When you place your order, we will estimate a delivery date based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Expedited shipping charges are determined by total order weight.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations; please reach out through the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. International shipping times are estimated and may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance within your country. The purchaser is responsible for all additional taxes or duties levied by the destination country and the shipping carrier. These fees vary from country to country and can be high. Our shipping and handling fees DO NOT include fees imposed for customs processing and duties or taxes within your country.
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare instance you are ever dissatisfied with your PottyMD purchase, please follow the instructions below. We will gladly refund your purchase of unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days (less S&H) if returned unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Most of our bedwetting alarms, bedding and watches are backed by guarantees from the manufacturer. Information is provided with the items. Proof of purchase is required to exercise the manufacturer's warranty provisions, so be ready to provide your order number or a copy of your receipt for purchase.
Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept returns of used bedding, bedwetting alarms or watches.
PottyMD reserves the right to examine any products to determine if they can be accepted for return and refund. There is a 20% restocking fee if products are deemed resalable. If the product is damaged or not returned with the original packaging, we will return the product to the customer and shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Bedding: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept returns of used bedding.
Bedwetting Alarms: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept returns of used bedwetting alarms.
Watches: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accept returns of used watches.
PottyMD cannot give credit for a return without confirming its receipt; therefore, we recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured.
PottyMD is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.
